during the Seoul Design Olympiad
Piemonte Region has been presented with the "LifestyleMadeinItaly" exhibition. At this regard, the Piemonte Antenna in Korea in synergy with the Italian Cultural Institute in Seoul of the Italian Embassy, organized the related booth "Piemonte Region / Torino World Design Capital".
During the Seoul Design Olympiad an International Conference has been hold and a paper written by two Architects of Industrial Design, Politecnico di Torino (Arch. Silvia Barbero and Arch. Cristian Campagnaro) has been selected by the Korean Committee and will be illustrated in the “Young Designers” session. The paper deals with "systemic design" and in particular with the application of open industrial systems in two enterprises aimed to decrease the environmental impact and increase the economic value.
