“From time immemorial, at
the base of a good wine are the earth and quality grapes”
– This is the philosophy of Marenco, a family-run enterprise
producing fine wine from their own vineyard harvests for
at least three generations. Marenco is located in Piemonte
and its vineyards are situated in the Bagnario Valley
and Strevi territories, key regions for Moscato grape
cultivation. Marenco’s much sought after specialties include
the sweet red Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG and white Moscato
DOCG, as well as the traditional reds and whites, such
as Barbera, Dolcetto and Chardonnay.

Rigourous respect for oenological traditions,
modern machinery and constant quality controls have allowed

Since 1890, BASSI SpA has specialised in
producing Gorgonzola DOP, Mascarpone and Mascarpone-Gorgonzola
DOP cheeses of many qualities and versatile packaging
formats. Milk is selected from the best farms in approved
DOP zones of northern Italy, transported in tankers belonging
to the company, and packaged products transported with
lorries insulated at 0°C/4°C. Special attention is paid
to all internal and external phases in the chain of production,
