Follow these easy steps and get the Italia Membership Card delivered to you:
- Download and fill out the Application Form.
- Send it back to ITCCK by email ( itcck@itcck.org ) or fax ( 0505-409-4379 )
- We will immediately contact you and provide the information concerning the payment
- Make the payment according to the selected type of card
- Your Italia Membership Card will be delivered directly to the address provided
Rules and regulations
- The "Italia Membership Card" can be purchased at the affiliated shops and restaurants, or directly from the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea and some of its Members, in two versions:
- INDIVIDUAL CARD: price 100,000 KRW
- CORPORATE CARD: price 200,000 KRW
- The Card will belong only to the card holder, and will be printed with his/her full name.
- Once purchased, the Card will be sent by post to the address provided by the holder.
- In order to access the benefits, please show the Card to the shopkeeper at the moment of payment. An ID check may be required.
- Each time the Individual Card may be used, it grants a discounted bill for a maximum number of 4 people.
- Each time the Corporate Card may be used, it grants a discounted bill for a maximum number of 20 people.
- The expiry date of the Italia Membership Card, both Individual and Corporate, is 31/12/2012.
- Before the expiry date, there is no limit on the number of times that the Card may be used to receive benefits and discounts.
- In case of loss, please contact the ITCCK by phone or email. A new copy of the Card could be issued at the price of 50,000 KRW.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern any controversy.
