Spend less time at the airport with Lufthansa’s online service. Since August the online check-in and online boarding pass are available on Seoul-Frankfurt/Munich routes.
The process is very simple:
Step 1: Check-in online at lufthansa.com with E-ticket sent to registered email address.
Step 2: Select your seat
Step 3: Print out your online boarding pass
Step 4: Visit Lufthansa baggage drop-off counter J25 at Incheon airport.
Either travelling with or without checked baggage, you must visit the baggage drop-off counter to get the validation stamp from Lufthansa as per required by the airport authority.
If you should have to cancel a Lufthansa flight, it is now possible to do this online as well. The refunds function enables you to cancel flight bookings quickly and easily up to one day prior to the start of your journey.
