On September 13th the ITCCK held a gelato masterclass under the “True Italian Taste” project, promoted and supported by Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and Assocamerestero with the aim to increase knowledge and conscious consumption of 100% Made in Italy products abroad.
In collaboration with a representative from Babbi Korea and the Chef Filippo Babbi, the 3rd generation of Babbi 1952 family, the participants had the chance to taste and discover the secret of making the real Italian gelato, using the best Italian products.
In occasion of this special event ITCCK had the honor to award the first 3 real Italian gelaterie (Gelati Gelati, Ginkgo Gelato, Scooper Gelato) in Korea with the “Ospitalità Italiana” certification, a special recognition issued by Unioncamere and Isnart that recognize restaurants and gelaterie who’s providing to the local customers the best Italian experience.
