Dear Members and Friends,
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ITCCK) in cooperation with Kim & Chang is delighted to invite you to a Legal Outlook Seminar 2016 (find attached the invitation), with the support of the Embassy of Italy.
At this year’s joint seminar we will speak about the following topics, including a Q&A session:
- Kim Young-ran Law (Presidential Decree)
- Dealing with distributors
- Handling of trade secrets
- Responding to malicious consumers
When: Thursday, June 23rd , 10:00 am - 12:00 pm (registration starts from 9:45 am)
Where: Kim & Chang office 1st Floor Northgate Bldg.55, saemunan-ro-5-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul (see map attached)
The working language will be English. The written slides (presentations) and the Q&A sessions will be in English.
Enjoy the chance to discuss some of the legal challenges that Italian Speaking companies may face in South Korea and also get the opportunity of networking with the other guests.
