This autumn in Seoul, the aroma and passion of Naples will unfold in their truest form.
The Italian premium flour brand Polselli and BORATR, Korea’s pioneer of Italian culinary culture, proudly present the nation’s first official Neapolitan pizza competition.

Polselli, founded in Frosinone in the early 20th century, is a family-run milling company that, through four generations of craftsmanship and innovation, has created flour of the highest quality.
Their flour is more than an ingredient—it is the very foundation that enables an artisan’s work to become a masterpiece.

For over 25 years, BORATR has introduced authentic Italian food culture to Korea, bringing premium brands to enrich culinary experiences. This competition marks a new chapter—a pizza festival where tradition and creativity coexist.

Pizzaioli from across the country will present Neapolitan-style pizzas crafted by their own hands, proving the limitless possibilities of Polselli flour.

Through this competition, BORATR joins hands with Polselli to further promote the growth of Neapolitan pizza culture in Korea.

Competition Overview

The 1st CONTEST POLSELLI SEOUL 2025 is the official domestic Neapolitan pizza competition organized by the Italian premium flour brand Polselli and BORATR.
Pizzaioli from across the nation will gather to present their own interpretation of authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, competing with creations that maximize the potential of Polselli flour.

Background

Polselli aims to spread its philosophy and quality in Korea, creating a “cultural touchpoint” where artisans and consumers can meet directly, beyond simple product supply.
This competition is more than a test of technical skill—it is a stage where creativity and a deep understanding of Italian pizza culture coexist, allowing both participants and spectators to experience the true essence of Polselli.
