Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Head of Business and Contract Management and ensure efficient operation of the office.

Customer Support Activities 

  • Coordinate the logistics activities associated with spare/repair parts orders
  • Support the Customer Support team in management of customer satisfaction
  • Organize periodic updates of the contract delivery status and track and help completion of key deliverables together with required supporting departments
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, typing and/or creating spreadsheets etc. for Customer Support team upon request 
  • Attend related meetings such as customer review meeting, warranty meeting, and other meetings 
  • Other projects and administrative duties as needed assigned by the Business Administration Manager


Office Administrative Duties 

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintain company schedules
  • Organize documents and files
  • Greet business clients and guests
  • Document financial information & assist (English translation)
  • Supervise travel and payment expenses on SAP Concur
  • Coordinate with foreign ex-pats dispatch from other organizations
  • Assist with individual travel expense reports
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Schedule meetings and conferences
  • Assist executives with project tasks
  • Implement administrative procedures
  • Other related duties as assigned


Secretarial Duties

  • Travel coordination
  • Personal assistant to foreign ex-pats
  • Other related duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Fluent (verbal and written) in Korean & English  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through email, phone, text, and personal interaction
  • Intermediate Knowledge of MS- Office
  • Strong excel/data manipulation skills preferred
  • Minimum 0 years’ experience; entry level 
  • Pleasant demeanour at all times
  • Proficiency in Italian a plus but not required

  • 파견계약 형태의 인턴 1 (3개월 수습기간). 이후 정규직 전환 가능 
  • 3 4일 즉시 근무 가능한 자
