Position Overview

The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Korea is seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of professional experience to join its team in Seoul.

The selected candidate will manage and coordinate projects across multiple industries, contributing to Italian-Korean business development and institutional activities.

This is a full-time position with salary based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at ITCCK, you will be responsible for:

• Plan and coordinate B2B meetings, trade missions, networking events, seminars, and promotional activities
• Liaising with member companies, partners, and institutional stakeholders
• Preparing project plans, reports, timelines, and budgets
• Conducting research and outreach related to Italian and Korean companies and markets
• Supporting marketing, communication, and content creation activities

Requirements - Must Have

• Full professional proficiency in Korean (written and spoken) and eligibility to work in Korea
• 2+ years of experience in project management, business development, event organization, or related fields
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in professional and networking environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project-related tools

Preferred Qualifications - Nice to Have

• Experience working in international organizations, chambers of commerce, or trade associations
• Marketing, content creation, or social media experience
• Familiarity with Italian culture (and language)
• Knowledge of the Italian-Korean economic or institutional landscape

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two rounds:

• First-round interview in English and Korean.
• Second-round interview with the Secretary General in English, only for candidates who pass the first round.
