ITALIAN CUISINE WEEK IN THE WORLD – 10TH EDITION (17 Nov. - 21 Nov. 2025)

Italian Cuisine Week in the World is one of the most important initiatives promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, dedicated to celebrating Italian culinary excellence and the entire food and beverage sector.

Since its inception, the event has highlighted quality, sustainability, food safety, biodiversity, and the identity of Italian gastronomy through a wide range of activities, including tastings, showcooking, masterclasses, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and business events.

For ITCCK, Italian Cuisine Week represents a particularly significant occasion. During this week, we organize some of our most representative events, including the Ospitalità Italiana Certification Award Ceremony, the Gala Dinner, and the Italian Food Festival, moments that celebrate Italian excellence and create concrete networking opportunities between Italian businesses and hospitality professionals in Korea.

10th Edition – Theme 2025
The theme for this landmark edition will be “Italian Cooking: Culture, Health, and Innovation”.
It emphasizes how Italian cuisine is not only a unique cultural heritage, nominated for UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage status, but also a model of healthy, sustainable, and innovative food practices that combine tradition with research throughout the entire production chain.

Through Italian Cuisine Week, ITCCK and Italian institutions around the world have the opportunity to showcase Italian excellence, engage with industry professionals, and promote the knowledge of Italian cuisine in all its dimensions: culture, innovation, health, and sustainability.
