The event is organized in the frame of the "Authentic Italian Table", a project founded and promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in cooperation with Assocamerestero (the Association of the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad), and part of the program, "True Italian Taste".

The project aims at protecting and promoting authentic Italian products through promotional actions raising awareness of the genuine Italian food and wine products among Korean consumers.

This year, the event will be held LIVE online for few selected (influencer, blogger, etc) guests on September 26th at 11:30 am through a platform Zoom. The chef PAOLO DE MARIA with the support of TV star ALBERTO MONDI will perform a cooking class with an authentic Italian recipe using mainly PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified Italian ingredients. And a nutrition professor from APICIUS KOREA International School of Hospitality also will explain the importance of these certified products. The invited guests will receive those ingredients (approx. 2 servings) in advance of the event so that they can cook the dish that the chef shows simultaneously at their place.
